Thank you for contributing your time and resources to MiCareerQuest Southeast 2026. Your participation helps provide students across Southeast Michigan with hands-on exposure to high-demand career pathways.

Before beginning the form, please have the following information ready:

Booth size requirements (standard booth is 20’ x 20’)
Number of staff attending
Description of your hands-on activity
Number of required 20amp electrical drops
A high-resolution organizational logo

Please complete this form as accurately as possible. The information you provide determines the layout of the career quadrants and the move-in schedule. If your organization is showcasing more than one exhibit, submit a separate form for each occupation.

Forms are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until October 16, 2026, or until all quadrants are full.

Each exhibit will receive at no cost:

One 8-foot skirted table
One wastebasket
Two folding chairs
110V power
WiFi (exhibitors only)

Note: Standard draping between exhibits will be provided. Additional draping may be ordered through Art Craft Display.

4. Exhibitor Acknowledgment

By completing and signing this form, the above company understands that each exhibitor:

Will develop and staff an interactive demonstration for MiCareerQuest Southeast 2026 on November 17, 2026, at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace.

Will complete setup during their assigned time on November 16, 2026.

Is responsible for any additional display items beyond what is provided.

Will obtain approval for their exhibit plans from the quadrant project manager. Plans will be reviewed with the venue no later than October 16, 2026. Any changes must be submitted in writing at least one month prior to the event.

Will sign the 2026 Exhibitor Participation Agreement outlining event rules and regulations.
