2025 Exhibitor Registration Form

Thank you for participating in MiCareerQuest SE!

We sincerely appreciate your generous time and resources to make this event a huge success. Your exhibit will provide hundreds of young people with the opportunity to explore the wide array of career possibilities in Southeast Michigan’s high-demand industries.

By completing this registration form, you are committing your staff and resources to the event. Please make sure you have the following details ready before proceeding:

  • Booth size requirements (a standard booth is 20 ft x 20 ft)
  • Number of staff members attending
  • A digital logo for your organization

If your organization is showcasing multiple exhibits, please submit a separate 2025 Exhibitor Registration Form for each occupation/exhibit.

Forms will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through October 3, 2025, until all career quadrants are filled.

(The collaborating company must also meet all insurance requirements as main exhibitor).

The following items for your exhibit will be provided free of charge:
One (1) 8 ft skirted table, One (1) wastebasket, Two (2) folding chairs, Power (110 V), Wifi (only for exhibitors).
For any additional needs, you will be given a separate order form through Art Craft Display. Details for ordering will be provided at a later date.

Note: Standard draping between exhibits will be provided. Additional draping needed within your booth can be ordered through Art Craft Display.

By completing and signing this form, the above company understands that each exhibitor:

Will develop and staff an interactive demonstration representing the occupation listed above for MiCareerQuest Southeast on November 18, 2025, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Mich.
Must complete set-up during its assigned time on November 17, 2025. The allotted time will be provided one month prior to the event.
Is responsible for any additional items needed for their display.
Must obtain approval for the above plans from the project manager. The project manager will then review the plans with the event venue, no later than October 03, 2025. Any changes must be provided to project manager in written form at least one month prior to event.
Must sign the 2025 Exhibitor Participation Agreement, which outlines the rules and regulations for exhibits.

Must have adequate insurance (listing Oakland County as an insured party) for November 18, 2025 and November 17, 2025. Insurance requirements will be provided in the 2025 Exhibitor Participation Agreement that an Exhibitor will receive from Oakland County, to be signed by both parties.
