Thank you for agreeing to host a tour of your facility during Oakland County Manufacturing Day, on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please complete this form and submit it at your earliest convenience, no later than August 16.

You are strongly encouraged to attend a special orientation session for tour hosts, to be held on virtually Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. During this session you will gain an overview of this Oakland County event and best practices to make your tour a success!

As part of Manufacturing Day, tour hosts are asked to provide lunch for participating students and their chaperones. If your organization is unable to accommodate this request, please indicate that in the required field below.

Additional Important Information

Please plan to provide a brief orientation for students and their chaperones, no longer than 15 minutes, that includes safety rules, policies regarding photographs, videos and general cell phone usage, and any other important information.

Michigan Works! will supply MFG Day T-shirts for four (4) of your employees that will be leading the students on their tour. Please provide the T-shirt sizes for each staff member.
