Thank you for agreeing to host a tour of your facility during Oakland County Manufacturing Day, on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please complete this form and submit it at your earliest convenience, no later than September 1.

You are strongly encouraged to attend a special orientation session for tour hosts, to be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. During this session you will pick up your T-shirts, lobby signage and lawn signs, as well as gain an overview of this Oakland County event and best practices to make your tour a success!

Due to transportation challenges, we changed the tour start and end times, and this necessitates our tour hosts provide lunch to the students. Proper Attire for Tour (e.g. comfortable, closed-toe shoes, long pants)

PLEASE NOTE: we are asking all companies to supply safety glasses to students, if required.

Additional Important Information

Please plan to provide a brief orientation for students and their chaperones, no longer than 15 minutes, that includes safety rules, policies regarding photographs, videos and general cell phone usage, and any other important information.

Can your company accommodate lunch for the students?

Does your organization require a consent form of any kind for guests to enter your facility?

If “Yes” is selected the MFG Day Event Coordinator will be reaching out directly to obtain a copy.

Staff T-Shirts

Michigan Works! will supply MFG Day T-shirts for four (4) of your employees that will be leading the students on their tour. Please provide the T-shirt sizes for each staff member.
