The Sewer Connection Must Be Inspected

Please call 248-858-1105 to request an inspection. 24-hour notice is required for inspections.

The following are bonding requirements of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioners Office for County Sewer work including any and all extensions/relocations/connections:

$5000 surety bond on WRC form DC-443
$500 cash bond posted at WRC (refundable)
Liability insurance naming WRC as additional insured

This permit does not relieve the applicant from obtaining any other required permits. No building sewer installation or portion thereof shall have an ex-filtration or infiltration rate exceeding 100 gallons per inch diameter per mile of pipe per 24- hour period. Only materials that are approved by the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner may be used.

I understand that sewer bills will be mailed to the service address unless otherwise requested.
