Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act (MCL 15.231), individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, firms, organizations, associations, governmental entities, and other legal entities may request information or records from the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office for an assessed fee. Individuals serving a sentence of imprisonment in a state, county, or federal correctional facility may not make FOIA requests.
OCPO will respond to your request within 5 business days after receipt by granting, denying, partially granting, or partially denying your request, or extending for up to 10 business days the amount of time to respond to your request.
