I hereby give permission to Flagstar Bank, N.A., the Oakland County Treasurer's Office and Oakland Schools to edit, copy, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use my likeness, voice (including transcripts thereof) and/or written statements in any photograph, video, or other media ("Photos"), with or without my name and other identifying information, for any legal purpose, including but not limited to use in or on Flagstar Bank, N.A., the Oakland County Treasurer's Office and Oakland School's websites, social media pages, publications, audio-visual presentations, promotional brochures, and any other forms of advertising.

I understand and agree that Flagstar Bank, N.A., the Oakland County Treasurer's Office and Oakland Schools will retain all rights including copyrights in the Photos, and that these Photos are property of Flagstar Bank, N.A., the Oakland County Treasurer's Office and Oakland Schools. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness, voice, written statement or name appears, or to receive credit or compensation.

I hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge Flagstar Bank, N.A., the Oakland County Treasurer's Office and Oakland Schools, and its agents, representatives, and assignees from all claims, demands and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the permissions granted above.
