To enter the sweepstakes, please complete this form and attach your selfie photo of a favorite small business in Oakland County that you think is a “Local Gem.” One photo only for each business. A small business is defined for this Sweepstakes as an independently owned and operated, legal, brick-and-mortar business.

Multiple entries spotlighting different businesses from each person are accepted. Each completed entry form increases your odds at winning $1,000, $500, or $250.

Check below if you accept the Sweepstakes Rules and will allow Oakland County to use your photo and name in Oakland County promotions and agree that you have the consent of any people in this submitted photo. NOTE: Photographs deemed to be from a copied or commercial source or plagiarized will be disqualified.
