To enter the sweepstakes, please complete this form and attach your selfie photo of a favorite small business in Oakland County that you think is a “Local Gem.” A small business is defined for this Sweepstakes as an independently owned and operated, legal, brick-and-mortar business.

Multiple entries spotlighting different businesses from each person are accepted. Each completed entry form increases your odds at winning $1,000, $500, or $250.
