I hereby grant to the Oakland County Board of Commissioners and Oakland County the right and permission to edit, copy, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use my submission, likeness, voice (including transcripts thereof) and/or written statements in any photograph, video, or other media ("Photos"), with or without my name and other identifying information, for any legal purpose, including but not limited to use in or on websites, social media pages, publications, audio-visual presentations, promotional brochures, and any other forms of advertising by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners and Oakland County.

I irrevocably assign and grant to the Oakland County Board of Commissioners and Oakland County all rights, title and interest to the Photos including copyrights. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness, voice, written statement or name appears, or to receive credit or compensation.

I hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge the Oakland County Board of Commissioners and Oakland County, and its agents, representatives, and assignees from all claims, demands and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the permissions granted above.

I attest that my artwork submission is fully my work and not taken from another source, that I wish to submit a design for the F.L.A.G. project, and certify I have obtained my parent’s permission to participate.
