Student Agreement

I understand to participate as a Teen Court volunteer; I must keep all specific case information CONFIDENTIAL including the names of the defendants.


Parent / Guardian Agreement

As a parent or legal guardian, I give my permission to the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office to photograph my child as a volunteer of the program. I understand that the photographs taken may be published for any purpose as it relates to the Teen Court Program.
